Tony Yen holds a master degree in renewable energy engineering and management from University of Freiburg and a doctoral degree in industrial economics and technology management from NTNU. His research includes power market and power network simulations, economic analysis of end-user flexibility, and local real-time renewable electricity market design. While I usually do not engage in on-line nuclear discussion, given today is the anniversary of the worst civilian nuclear disaster ever happened, I think I would give my two cents of thoughts on this matter.
左派常言:「資本主義下沒有道德性消費」(there is no ethical consumption under capitalism),用以強調不應見樹不見林,過份聚焦個人行為的道德價值而忽略結構性壓迫產生的弊病。我認為這兩種層面的意思都有值得思考之處,但即使考慮它們以後個人的素食主義仍有正面的倫理價值(在對抗動物農業的集體倡議同時並行的前提下)。
